Libby was an owner "give up" due to the fact that the owner was diagnosed with cancer and could no longer care for the dog.

She is a very sweet girl that is just learning how to play and loving it! She knows her name and no. She is okay with other dogs and cats. She is still shy but is blossoming every day.
